Power is seeing what management and software can't.

What if you could learn what's working for your employees on the loading dock all the way up to senior management?

What if you could learn what vendors and customers truly think about your product or service based on unconstrained interaction at point of contact?

4sight = Data based on eyes on the ground.

Approach

Operational Embedded Employment (O.E.E.)

Operational Embedded Employment (O.E.E.)

A unique way to analyze a business is by gaining insight into the roles and duties of the employees who, while lower on the pay scale, handle all of the supplies a business purchases and processes in order to generate a profit.

Performing such roles with a foundational understanding of economics, logistics, profit margins, ROI and EBITDA, can lead to discovering cost savings and efficiencies that people familiar with an operation frequently overlook or may not readily observe.

Being given the latitude to explore an entry level position and then work up to the point of sales or CSR can provide information that management would never think to look for.

Not everything learned in an analysis is necessarily of use to a business, but can serve to reaffirm SOP's.

However, information discovered through O.E.E., and confirmed to be of use, can provide substantial benefits which can be measured both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Methodology

Methodology

The purest data is gleaned by starting off an analysis by knowing nothing at all about the subject.

Less foreknowledge and bias produces the need for a step-by-step understanding of SOP's which generates a deeper understanding of systems and their connection to other systems.

The O.E.E. method is reliant on full disclosure. While the observer affects the observed, people tend to divulge more information in an open and honest setting. Being forthcoming helps accommodate the many questions asked of employees and doesn't adversely affect accounting.
